I’m Victoria, the owner and creator behind Sweet Secrets by Victoria, where we bring any dessert you can imagine to life. My love for baking began when I watched an episode of Cake Boss and was amazed by the artistry of cake design. At the time, I was attending a private college, but my passion for baking led me to pursue my dreams at Le Cordon Bleu.

From there, my journey took me to Carlos Bakery, where, with the encouragement of friends, family, and my mentors, I had the incredible opportunity to work and hone my craft. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve been fortunate to share my creations at festivals, events, and with loved ones near and far.
